Tips for this training log
- Name the type of goods, quantity and equipment: “put away 12 pallets of drinks with the forklift” says more than “worked in the warehouse”.
- Write down which documents you processed, such as delivery note, packing list or consignment note, and which system you used.
- Enter briefings on forklifts, load securing and dangerous goods. They belong in the log and come up in the exam.
- Describe deviations such as shortages or damaged goods and what you did about them.
Common mistakes
- Only “put goods away” without quantity, type and place. It stays unclear what you did.
- Entering forklift driving without mentioning the licence or the briefing.
- One block of activities for all five days instead of one entry per task with hours.
