On a school day it suggests the entry with the right hours, and with your timetable the report book writes about the subjects that actually took place. If something changes or you send the class a message, it appears in the app, no WhatsApp group needed.
You see a number. Nothing else.

What arrives on every phone
This is exactly what your trainees see after scanning. If a device already has something different, it shows what would be replaced.
- School days Weekdays, also every two weeks from a date.
- Block teaching Every weekday in a block counts as a school day.
- Public holidays Via the federal state, so days off don’t count as missing.
- Exam dates Part 1, part 2 and registration deadline in the IHK view.
- Subjects and learning fields Added on top, existing grades stay.

Untis shows teachers and trainees the timetable. MyWorkLog is the app in which trainees keep their working hours and their report book, and it needs to know when vocational school is. The class code brings school days, block weeks and exam dates into every app once, instead of everyone entering them by hand. The two complement each other.
Do my trainees need an account?
No. They scan the QR code or enter the code. Only whoever creates the class needs an account.
What happens when the timetable changes?
You edit the class profile. The next time the app opens, a notice appears, and each trainee decides whether to apply the change.
Can I send messages to the class?
Yes, short messages up to 500 characters, optionally with an expiry date. They appear in the app notifications.
What if the code gets into the wrong hands?
Create a new code. The old link and the old QR code stop working. Anyone who already joined stays connected.
Does it cost anything?
No. MyWorkLog is free and ad-free, also for schools and companies.
