The terms for the training pass. Everything that is free today stays free and needs no contract. This English version is a courtesy translation; only the German version is legally binding.
These terms apply to the purchase of the training pass on myworklog.de. The provider and your contractual partner is Sven Kunz, Am Moosgraben 32, 91572 Bechhofen, Germany, email info@myworklog.de (sole proprietorship, small business under § 19 UStG).
The free use of MyWorkLog is not covered by these terms. Deviating terms of the buyer do not apply.
For the term you buy, the pass unlocks additional features on your MyWorkLog account and raises the daily allowance of the AI assistant. Which features these are and how large the allowance is are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
The unlocked features are loaded onto your device as soon as you are signed in to the account. Even with the pass, the AI assistant remains subject to a daily allowance; the pass does not include unlimited access.
Texts suggested by the AI assistant may contain errors. You are responsible for the content of your report book and other records. Check suggestions before you adopt or submit them.

After the purchase you receive a payment confirmation and an invoice by email. The contract language is German. You can view, save and print these terms on this page at any time.
The prices shown at the time of purchase apply. They are final prices; no VAT is charged under § 19 UStG.
Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The payment page shows which payment methods are available. With a payment method that is only confirmed later, such as a direct debit, the pass is unlocked once the payment is confirmed.
The pass applies from activation for the chosen term of two, three or four years. It then ends automatically; no cancellation is needed and there are no further costs.
If you buy again while a pass is active, the new term is added to the existing one.
If we discontinue MyWorkLog or the pass features before the end of your term, we refund the price pro rata for the remaining time.
If you delete your account, the pass ends with the deletion. Your statutory rights, in particular in the case of defects, remain unaffected.
The pass is tied to your account and intended for you personally. You may not pass it on, share it with others or artificially increase the AI assistant's allowance through programs, scripts or multiple accounts.
In the event of a serious breach, we may block the pass after a prior warning. If the pass is blocked through no fault of yours, we refund the price pro rata.
Minors need the consent of their legal guardians for the purchase unless they pay with means given to them for this purpose or for their free disposal (§ 110 BGB).
MyWorkLog is developed continuously. We may change the pass features if there is a valid reason, in particular technical development, security, changes in the law or changes to the offers of the AI providers the assistant uses. This causes no additional costs for you, and we inform you clearly and comprehensibly (§ 327r BGB).
If a change impairs your access or the usability more than insignificantly, you can end the contract free of charge within 30 days of being informed. We then refund the price pro rata for the remaining term.
The statutory rights for defects in digital products apply (§§ 327 ff. BGB). If you have a problem, please contact info@myworklog.de.
Your time tracking and report book data are stored primarily on your device. Please make regular backups; the app has its own function for this.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act.
In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal. Details, including when it lapses early, are set out in the cancellation policy below.
You can withdraw online at any time on the page Withdraw from contract.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
German law applies. If your habitual residence is in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain applicable.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Sven Kunz, Am Moosgraben 32, 91572 Bechhofen, Germany, telephone +49 151 28104188, email info@myworklog.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right to cancel online at https://myworklog.de/widerrufen/. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), with information on the content of the cancellation and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, your right to cancel expires if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the cancellation period expires, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356 (5) BGB).
You give this consent on the payment page. The confirmation is on the invoice you receive by email after the purchase.
